Rates:

Occupancy of 2 to a room
Pricing from $135 for third floor rooms
$155 for second floor rooms
$170 for Buttons & Bows room
All rooms are plus taxes and fees Gift Certificates
may be purchased for any rooms, second floor or third floor rooms plus tax & fees. Call (573) 883-3493.

Policies:

Upon submitting your reservation, your CREDIT CARD will be charged for the NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RESCHEDUABLE deposit
in the amount of $35.00 PER NIGHT PER ROOM,(i.e. 1 night $35, 2 nights $70) securing your reservation.
The balance of your room rate will be due at time of check-in.
Occupancy of two (2) to a room NO exceptions, NON-SMOKING, (I agree to a $300 MIN ROOM RATE if I smoke
in the room OR bring used cigarettes/cigars inside leaving a room smelling of smoke). I accept financial
responsibility for any damage to Hotel property caused by myself or others in my Party.
All charges are personal indebtedness. Hotel is authorized to charge my acct for total amount due.
CHECK-IN AFTER 4:PM to 8:PM. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECK-IN AFTER 9:PM UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED.
Our CANCELLATION POLICY is eight (8) days per night per room PRIOR to your arrival date.
After that prior date there is NO CANCELLATION. If your travel plans change, you must shorten your stay
or leave early, you are responsible for the entire amount.
Groups or parties of 4 OR MORE ROOMS, NO CANCELLATION. Sorry NO PETS, NO CHILDREN UNDER 12.
Due to liabilities, ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS OF THE HOTEL ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING OR ON THE PROPERTY
