Annual Spring Garden Walk.
Experience the Gardens of Ste. Genevieve's on May 18-19.
Garden Walk will be offered on Saturday from 10a.m. to 4p.m.and on Sunday from 11a.m. to 3p.m.
The Garden Walk includes many wonderful gardens as well as a plant and herb sale, open air market, and Farmer’s Market (Saturday Only).

During the weekend other FREE events, demonstrations and sales are included.

June 1 Promenade des Lumiéres candlelight tour Pierre Menard Home (Sat) Free Illinois Historic siteJune 1-2 The 52st Annual Fort de Chartres Rendezvous (Sat & Sun) Free Illinois state Historic Site. One of the largest in the country. 18th century crafts, food, music, 1000's of historically dressed participants, flintlock musket and rifle competition, cannon and mortar competition, traders and more. There is a $5.00 parking fee.

Saturday June 8th French Historic Interpretation with Living History, Music, Dance, French Cusine, Wine Tasting, Re-enactments, Period Dress, and Street Dance. Promenade and Opening Ceremonies at Noon at the Ste. Genevieve Catholic Church. 8:00pm till 11:00pm French Festival Street Dance at the Main Street Park music by Dennis Stroughmatt & L'Esprit Creole(Free).
June 8th Open house at the Felix Vallé House Entertainment & refreshments. Watch French Dancing demonstration in the garden at the Felix Vallé House State Historic site 7 p.m. Saturday Evening. Candlelight Tours of the Home (Free admission) Ste. Genevieve

July 4th Freedom Celebration Celebrate your 4th of July with Ste. Genevieve’s Freedom Celebration in Pere Marquette Park. The celebration features live music and fireworks, bring a lawn chair and enjoy the show!
